If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, similar or not.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept items without original packaging and labels attached. Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged are also not accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are returning for a refund or exchange, a small fee will be deducted from your refund ( ONLY OUTSIDE NL ), described below, depending on your location. We do our best to make the return process as easy and cost-effective as possible for you, which is why we subsidize the return costs to help you with this. This fee is intended to support the cost of returning your item to us. This fee will not cover the full cost of the return, we have reduced this as much as possible and as a company we will contribute to the remaining cost of your return.
